Accessibility Statement

We want every customer to be able to use MyCardSell comfortably, whatever device or assistive technology they rely on.

Effective date: January 1, 2026Last updated: July 30, 2026

1. Our Commitment

MyCardSell is committed to making our website usable for people with a wide range of abilities. Accessibility is treated as ongoing work rather than a one-time project, and we review our pages as we add features and content.

2. Measures We Take

  • Semantic page structure with clear headings and landmarks.
  • Keyboard navigation support for menus, forms, and interactive elements.
  • Descriptive labels on form fields and buttons.
  • Text alternatives for meaningful images.
  • Color and contrast choices intended to keep text readable.
  • Responsive layouts that work on phones, tablets, and desktops.

3. Standards We Work Toward

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as our reference point. This statement describes our own efforts and is not a certification or third-party audit result.

4. Known Limitations

Some third-party components and older content may not yet meet every guideline. When we identify a barrier, we prioritize a fix and, where possible, offer an alternative way to complete the task.

5. Feedback and Assistance

If you run into an accessibility barrier, or need help completing a gift card submission, email support@mycardsell.com. Please describe the page and what happened so we can reproduce the issue. Our team can also assist you directly while a fix is in progress.
