Seller Agreement

By submitting a gift card through MyCardSell, you confirm that:

• You are the legal owner of the submitted gift card.
• You have the legal authority to sell or transfer the gift card.
• The gift card was obtained lawfully.
• The gift card has not been stolen, copied, manipulated, or obtained through fraudulent means.
• All information you provide is accurate and complete.

Every submitted gift card is reviewed before acceptance. Verification may include checking:

• Card balance
• Card validity
• Card status
• Potential fraud indicators
• Ownership verification when necessary

Submission of a gift card does not guarantee acceptance. MyCardSell reserves the right to reject any submission that cannot be verified.

After a gift card has been successfully verified, MyCardSell will send the seller an authorization request by email.

No verified gift card will be redeemed until the seller provides explicit authorization. If authorization is not received, the gift card will not be redeemed.

The payout offered for each gift card is displayed before submission. By submitting the gift card, the seller acknowledges and accepts the displayed payout amount.

No hidden fees are charged.

Approved payouts are sent electronically.

Cash payments are never offered.

Payment processing times may vary depending on verification and payment provider availability.

MyCardSell actively monitors all submissions for fraud.

Additional verification may be requested if suspicious activity is detected. Fraudulent submissions will be rejected.

Repeated fraudulent activity may be reported to the appropriate authorities where required by law.

The seller agrees NOT to submit:

• Stolen gift cards
• Unauthorized gift cards
• Previously redeemed gift cards
• Counterfeit gift cards
• Manipulated gift cards
• Gift cards obtained through scams or illegal activity

MyCardSell is not responsible for losses caused by:

• Incorrect information submitted by the seller
• Third-party payment delays
• Technical outages beyond reasonable control
• Fraud committed by third parties

MyCardSell may update this Seller Agreement periodically. The latest version will always be available on the website.
